    We offer a full range of notebook/laptop and desktop repair services with full English support to help accommodate and meet your needs. Whenever you need a notebook/desktop repaired, a replacement part or an upgrade we can deliver a solution to you. Our expertise and experience will give you superior diagnostics, guidance and information that can help.

    We charge a fee of Yen 5,000 for diagnostics of your PC. Our Prices are mostly flat rate per service based. After the diagnostics of your PC, we will give you a flat rate for fixing your PC. If you would like us to fix your PC, the diagnostic fee will be waived and you will be charged a flat rate. Hardware costs separately. For example, if we have to get a wireless PC card to enable wireless connectivity on your PC, you will be charged separately for that wireless card.

    If you would like us to come to your office or home, our charges are Yen 6,000 per visit that covers our transportation expenses and transportation time plus Yen 5,000 per hour. If you have more than ONE PCs at home, we have a special package of Yen 35,000 per day at your home for 8 hours. Any time more than the specified 8 hours will be charged at a rate of Yen 6,000 per hour.
